Buying or selling a home is not something most people do frequently. At Nordin Realty, we don't expect you to be the experts. According to information currently available, most of us will move 3-5 times during our adult lives. If you're similar to the majority, you will have a "starter" home, then a "family" home - larger than your starter to accommodate a growing family, and an "empty nest" home - downsized to reflect your needs once your family is grown and on their own. Does that mean all of us fit this pattern? Absolutely not!
In fact, we have empty-nesters that expand their homes or buy larger homes as their adult children marry and add grandchildren to the family circle. We also have children who may add their parents and grandparents to the household, which may mean the purchase and movement to homes #4 and #5. Whether you are a family of 1 or 20, Nordin Realty would love to be the company you call on for help. We work with buyers and sellers every day, and we'll take as much of the confusion and complication out of the search as we can. Mya Eidelbes has lived in northwest Minnesota her entire life and she calls rural Thief River Falls home along with her husband and two young children. Her children are very active in hockey and Tae Kwon Do among many other things. Mya’s husband is a contractor and owns a local construction company. She enjoys camping, boating, 4-wheeling, and Minnesota summers.
Mya is a full time agent and has been in the real estate industry since 2016. Kate Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Cloud State University and a Master of Arts degree from Hamline University. She is a Thief River Falls native and is proud to be a Prowler!
